Walsh is currently seeking a Project Scheduler for the LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment Project in New York, NY. Responsibilities: Develops and maintains integrated Program Master Schedule and Performance Measurement Baseline in conjunction with Project Managers, Superintendents and subcontractors Analyzes drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling Maintains Program Master Schedule and performs critical path analysis including management interfaces and milestones Prepares plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluations Develops and maintains manpower estimates, equipment and material delivery requirements (compilation, analysis and summary) Monitors material status reports against construction schedules and reviews them with Project Managers, Superintendents, Procurement and subcontractors Maintains liaison with the project and the field for schedule revision and update Provides summary level dashboards and/or other special reports to the project team to support informed decision making and effective management of the project Accurate forecasting and management of budgets Prepares time impact analysis Supports claims / mitigation   Qualifications: Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred  5-8 years of project scheduling experience  Proficient user of Oracle Primavera P6.8.4 (and latest versions) Airport / terminal construction experience preferred Understand concepts of baseline schedule, progress schedule, recovered schedule, total float, critical path, predecessors, successors, near critical paths, float trending, percent complete, float ownership, and constraints Claim experience required Time impact analysis experience required Ability to make confident, timely, and fact based decisions on a broad range of resources Candidates must demonstrate multi-tasking experience working in large teams and solving complex problems An Equal Opportunity Employer, Disability/Veteran
